We do our best to ensure all products are in tip top condition when they arrive to you. However sometimes things don't turn out as you may have expected it.

 

Erasmios Guarantee

Erasmios is committed to creating the highest standard of jewelry which is why we ensure our Erasmios 12 month Guarantee applies to all of our gold plated and gold vermeil pieces. If your piece arrives damaged or has any manufacturing defect within 12 months of your purchase, our guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the same piece - free of charge. This warranty is voided under any user damage issues which include (but are not limited to); scratches, accidental breakage, water damage.

If, in the unlikely event, your replacement item is damaged, we charge a 50% replacement or repair fee of the full value paid, per product which can be processed through PayPal. Please reach out to support@erasmiosjewelry.com for any further details.

Please note, the Erasmios Jewellery Guarantee does not cover lost or stolen items. 

 

RETURNS

We do not refund returns for change of mind, we offer store credit (valid for one month) or can facilitate exchange if an alternate size is available. We also cannot provide refunds on custom orders, solid gold pieces or earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

Refunds are only issued in the event of a manufacturing fault and the item cannot be replaced or mended.

*Please also note that refunds are not given for orders processed using a discount code. 

*Gift cards are non-returnable.

 

EXCHANGES

Our exchange policy lasts for 12 months (after you receive your order). To be eligible for an exchange, you must send through proof of purchase, images of the products you received, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have tags attached. 

To make an exchange please email us with your request. 

Once your images are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we are processing the exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange code.

If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed and we will be in contact with you via email.

Please note that there will be a $‌17 USD charge if you fail to return the item(s) back with its original packaging.
